Mercure Townsville

We stayed 2 nights at great location and very comfortable the location is great to get around and the room was very clean the restaurant on site had a great selection of food at a very reasonable price one thing I would say is don't snack before you eat as the portions are huge. Breakfast was great with a massive selection of fresh or cooked food. We stayed new years eve and the town was a bussle of people in great spirits a mazing place. Although we did not use the pool the kids and parents loved it and said it was very warm to be in. Tha k you for a great stay

The staff were absolutely amazing. We travel alot for work and pleasure and have stayed in 5 star hotels where service has been sub-par but the staff at Mercure Townsville are by far the best. We will definitely be back just for that reason, keep up the good work guys. From the front of house to the bar and restaurant, every staff member we dealt with was accommodating and helpful

We liked the proximity to the shops. The cocktails were amazing. After spending a week, we enjoyed seeing familiar staff each day and staff were amazing and helped ensure we had a great and fun stay.

There was a problem with the door handle but once it was brought to the Reception Personal's attention it was fixed. Breakfast was well laid out and offered a great range of choices. I didn't use the Pool but I was able to witness families making use of the Pool.

Beautiful property very relaxing, great confortable bed, and close to shopping centre. The housekeeping did an exceptional job everyday.
